My current book project, Once Upon a Womb: Stories of Fertility Control and What They Can Teach Us, delves into our human heritage of reproductive agency.

As global access to reproductive health care shrinks, imperiling women’s lives, it looks at how we can reconnect with herbal traditions and what they can teach us about forging a more accessible, equitable, private, personalized and trusting form of health care.
